The wine is named after the monk Dom Pierre Perignon, who lived in the 17th century and was in charge of producing and storing champagne. Dom Perignon is not the name of a winery, but the name of a wine produced by Moet & Chandon since 1920, and this wine is always made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from Grand Cru vineyards. Champagne is aged for a minimum of 7 years, and often much longer, which gives this wine a fantastic aroma of green mango, melons, orange peel, and roasted hazelnuts. The finish is long and creamy.

Moet & Chandon has been producing this sparkling wine since 1869 and is the most famous and main wine of this champagne house. This champagne was a favorite among the nobles; it was drunk by Queen Elizabeth II, Napoleon Bonaparte, and the very name Moët is of noble origin. Today, this house is the largest producer of luxury champagnes with an annual production of around 30 million bottles. Imperial brut has an exceptional balance and enchanting soft bubbles with notes of ripe peaches, butter, as well as intense aromas of green apple, lemon, and orange.

From one of the first private wineries in Serbia comes this interesting pink sparkling wine made using the traditional champagne method. After the completion of the second fermentation, it is aged on noble lees for 18 months. The wine is light, fresh, crisp, with pleasant fruity aromas.
